I have at least 5 local chevrolet dealers in ct. what lead me to new rochelle is their honesty, professionalism and willing to make customers happy by catering to their auto needs. we had a truck located,detailed and went over all the options the vehicle had. I would not of had this experience with my local dealers. that is why i traveled an extra 25 miles for that service. would recommend this dealership to anyone. we bought our ltz tahoe knowing we got a great deal. and would go again.

I recently purchased 2011 Chevy Suburban from this dealership and my experience was excellent. Price was great comparing with other dealers I visited. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Sales person Shaun was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and treated me with great respect, thanks Shaun for the ride home and the follow-up call. Sales manager Felipe was also very nice and treated me with great respect. I needed my old car for an extra week and Felipe let me keep the car after I traded it, thanks Felipe. Finance person whom I forgot his name was also great. Every one I see in that dealership is friendly one My overall experience with this dealership was excellent and I will definitely recommend this dealership.

We are happy with the Chevrolet Malibu very much. Kevin & Philippe were attentive and helpful. Philippe even checked our last name in the computer and came up with a rebate that we did not know existed. I remember seeing something in the mail but ditched it because I did not think we were going to go to a GMAC dealer but to my surprise we received a $1,000.00 rebate from my son on record and was even going to expire in September 2011 some time. Dana was a pleasure to work with. She works very hard to keep customers happy. My husband and I really wanted the Chevy Volt and Dana made sure that our deal went through for a great price. Her communication and follow through was excellent despite challenges with GM. Dana responded almost immediately to every one of our requests in a very short timeframe. I just purchased a 2011 chevrolet Tahoe from NRC and had a wonderful experience. Both the sales manager Franklin and our salesman Anthony was a pleasure to work with. I bought it at the price I wanted and got the truck with the equipment we needed. I called yesterday to ask a question regarding a restated head rest and Mark from the service Dept walked me through it. I would highly recommend this dealership!!!!
